SHIPPING POLICY
Because of the variety of products we carry, shipping times vary. Although many products will ship within 3 days, some items may take as much as 4 weeks. For custom international orders, shipping may take 2-3 months, depending upon the location shipped to. We do not offer expedited or overnight delivery for any of our products. We are now accepting international orders for craft supplies. Since the online system WILL NOT calculate international shipping, nor take international orders, you must contact us by email to place these orders. When you email us, be sure to tell us what you plan to order, and your complete shipping address, so we can provide you with accurate information.

Product Exceptions:
* Electronic Books (E-Books): Once your payment has been processed, you will be able to download your E-Book(s) immediately.

RETURN POLICY
With the exception of products listed below, items can be returned for any reason for a refund, up to 60 days from the day of purchase. For international orders, the refund time is extended, based upon actual delivery date. No refunds will be issued before products are received by Acajou Crafts. Prior to shipping returns, the buyer must contact Acajou Crafts via e-mail for a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Include buyer’s full name, address, phone number, invoice number, date of purchase, item(s) to be returned and reason for return in the text of the e-mail. Return products may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Buyer pays return shipping charges.

Product Exceptions:

* Electronic Books (E-Books): There are no returns on electronic files such as E-Books due to Copyright Issues. All E-Book sales are final. E-Books are all in PDF format, and are only guaranteed to work for personal computers with MS Windows and Mac operating systems that have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed.
